EXPERIENCE & DIVERSE OFFERINGS

Our extensive skills and expertise have developed over the decades into an incredible resource for FF&E. Not only does JOHN RALPH offer a wide range of furniture styles and categories, but also has the ability to combine natural materials of metal, wood and stone, even at high quantity capacity.

Custom

Custom

We view our company as a designer’s resource. Give us your concept design, and allow us
to make it a reality. Combining complex materials of metal and wood, resin or stone, with multiple
custom finishes for each project, is what we specialize in; allowing designers to design.

We also offer in-house veneer manufacturing, hand carving capability, and a separate upholstery shop.
Facilities are currently running at 40-50% capacity with around 350 workers. We can handle all wood
species and veneers, and can produce complex designs with mixed materials such as resin, cane, metal,
plating PVD, glass, stone, and high pressure laminate

Capacity

Capacity

Our clients have saved on many projects with our ability to combine their casegoods and soft goods
orders into one production run and one shipping schedule. Efficiency equates to less waste, less impact
on the environment and tighter control on quality.

Our manufacturing partners have invested heavily in state of the art facilities that can reliably produce
up to 70 containers per month of 4-5 star quality casegoods and seating with over 200,000 square
feet of production space, including warehouse and public areas. Equipment includes high-end
computer-controlled CNC routers, automatic finishing line with clean dry system, as well as
high-gloss and new UV finishing capability.

Sustainability

Sustainability

JOHN RALPH is committed to reducing environmental impact with every furniture order.
Our standard tropical hardwood Hevea is one of the most sustainable wood species
available for manufacturing furniture. Being a byproduct of latex production, this repurposed
plantation-grown lumber makes beautiful, responsibly sourced furniture.

We engineer and fabricate our furniture to still be usable after the standard service term of 10-12 years.
May times our hospitality furniture is donated after a renovation, because it has held up so well.
All of our wood finishes and composite materials are certified for air quality and consumer safety.

READY FOR YOUR PROJECT!

We look forward to working with you on your next hospitality FF&E package. Whether you need casegoods, seating or other custom fabricated product, JOHN RALPH wants to help make your project a complete success.
