HIGH-CAPACITY PRODUCTION
JOHN RALPH has one of the best, and most talented production teams available in custom furniture manufacturing. Timely fabrication of hundreds of uniquely designed items, built to exact specification, and able to withstand heavy use, is what clients can expect from our production team.
HANDS-ON QUALITY CONTROL
Each furniture product that travels through the factory is heavily scrutinized for quality, durability and design specification adherence. Our QC team aims to exceed expectations with problem-free product, right out of the box.
CAD ENGINEERING
Furniture engineers turn the client’s design concept into a working product by generating CAD plans that maximize design intent and furniture aesthetics, with the highest product strength and durability. 3D rendering is also available for full conceptual support.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our project management team is responsible for order acknowledgment and processing, invoicing, purchasing, accounting and tracking, analysis and reporting. While global logistics are managed by our providers, JR project managers coordinate, track and keep clients updated.
FAST ESTIMATING
Providing the highest value in custom casegoods and soft goods is the focus of our estimators. This includes timely project and freight estimates, with value engineered design and materials options, so clients can make purchases within budget.
WARRANTY SERVICES
JOHN RALPH extends service throughout the full service life of the furniture. This includes touch-up kits, communication with property staff, 5 year limited warranty protection, and any additional assistance needed beyond the warranty terms, such as coordinating additional furniture or repairs.
SUSTAINABILITY
JOHN RALPH furniture complies with all US laws and standards of safety including: CARB Phase II emissions, CAL TB117 flammability for upholstery foam and fabric, sustainable and responsible sourcing of all solid wood, and STURDY Act stability compliance.
