John Ralph was delighted to attend the NEWH Savor Uncorked 2015 Fundraiser event at the Space Needle in Seattle on July 16th, 2015. “NEWH is the premier networking resource for the hospitality industry, providing scholarships, education, leadership development, recognition of excellence, and business development opportunities” for professionals who are “actively engaged in development, management/ operations, architecture, communications, design, distribution, education, manufacturing, production, purchasing, and sales of the Hospitality, Foodservice, Senior Living and related industries” (from their website). As members of the Northwest Chapter, we are proud to support NEWH and also appreciate the opportunity it affords us to network with our valued clients, partners, and competitors.
A highlight this year was a fabulous fashion show featuring new fabric designs by various NEWH-sponsored designers. As the new designs were unveiled, the designer would share the story behind it, giving all of us a look into both the creative process and the beautiful result of the kind of work that NEWH continues to sponsor. As partners in design with our clients, we love to see creative designs come to life, and are grateful for the opportunities we have to be a part of this as suppliers to the hospitality industry.
